The short version: FreezyPicks is free and ad-supported. There are no accounts and no logins — you can use everything on the site without giving us anything. We never sell your personal information, and the little we do handle (basic server logs and advertising cookies) is explained below.

What we collect

• Preferences stored in your browser — the teams you follow and notices you've dismissed live in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
• Standard server logs — like virtually every website, our host records basic request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. These logs are kept briefly and are not used to identify you.
• Advertising cookies — set by our advertising partner (see below) to show ads and measure their performance.

We do not ask for your name, email address, or any account to use the site.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We do not require an account — there are no logins or profiles. Every part of the site (picks, props, track record, results, and Learn) is free and open.
• We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. This is a 21+ site about sports betting and is not directed to children.

Third-party services

• Google AdSense serves the ads that keep the site free and may use cookies to show and measure ads. You can control ad personalization in your Google Ads settings. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, we use Google's certified consent platform to ask for your choices before non-essential cookies are set.
• Our hosting provider runs the servers that deliver the site.
